How long do I get to keep the sign and when are they installed?

Greetings are a daily rental. We install between 4:00 & 10:00 P.M. and return the following day after 6:00 PM to pick up. We cannot guarantee times based on our other pick ups and deliveries. During COVID-19 and Graduation season signs can be installed earlier and picked up earlier due to overwhelming demand. Graduation season is peak season so installations can be as late as midnight. Please understand all inventory must come in and be sorted to deliver to the next client the same evening.

Am I limited to just 25 characters?

Typical greetings like HAPPY 22ND BIRTHDAY CATHERINE! or HAPPY RETIREMENT GEORGE MICHAEL! these greetings may be slightly over the character limit of 25 but would still be at the single greeting price. We cannot make guarantees on any colors or signs until payment is made.

What if the weather is bad? Will my sign still be delivered?

We can not make deliveries during severe, hazardous weather conditions (i.e. lightning storm, high winds, heavy rain, hurricane warning, flooding). We will work with you to reschedule your delivery. Refunds will not be given if signs have to be picked up early because of severe weather. We will notify you ahead of time if this has to be done. We make every effort to keep them out as long as possible.

What areas do you service?

We serve the following zip codes:  77084, 77094, 77449, 77493 (limited), 77080 and 77041. If we do not service your area will refer you to the nearest affiliate.

Do stars and balloons come with every greeting?

Yes, stars and balloons come with every standard greeting. Graduation greetings do not include balloons unless requested. Please see our Options page.

My yard is small. Will a greeting fit?

If yards are small we may have to abbreviate for example CONGRATULATIONS to CONGRATS or HAPPY BIRTHDAY to HAPPY B-DAY or HBD.

How far in advance should I order?

The earlier you book and pay the better. You will likely have full options to choose what you like. We can book quickly especially for events like graduation. Graduation, for example, would be one you would want to try and book months in advance. As for regular birthday or yard greetings, a week to two weeks notice is ample in most cases.

What is your cancellation policy?

We will offer a full credit for use at a later time. Your cancelation prevents us from selling the greeting to another customer.

I have submitted an order form. Now what?

We will respond to your inquiry within 24 hours or less via email. You will then receive a PayPal invoice with the details of your order. Invoices should be paid within 24 hours to secure your scheduled date and selection. We accept PayPal, Venmo and Zelle. It is very important that you review your invoice for any changes - spelling of names, dates and installation address. You will receive a reminder the morning of your scheduled installation via text or email.
